Unfortunately we don’t. Biella Art only operates online.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping is free Australia wide!
What if I miss the delivery?
Our delivery partner may leave a card at your address, and you will need to pick up the delivery from an Australia Post outlet or contact the courier company directly to arrange for re delivery. You can send us an email at email@example.com and we can help chase it down too!
What are your lead times?
If an item is in stock, it will be packed and sent out within 3 business days. Otherwise, if an item is marked as 'Pre-Order' it will take 12 business days to be manufactured and sent out.
Where do you produce your artwork?
Our range is framed locally in Melbourne, using prints produced both locally and internationally.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment through Paypal, American Express, Visa or Mastercard Credit Card. All options will be shown to you at checkout.
Do I receive a tracking number once I place an order?
Yes! We will advise your tracking number and carrier info once your order is dispatched.
Once I have placed my order, can I change it or edit the shipping details?
Once an order is placed, it is usually sent to our warehouse straight away, so generally once it is placed, we likely cannot change it as we may have started production! However feel free to email us to check if it is possible to do so.
What is your returns policy?
As all items are custom made to order, it is not possible to be refunded for 'change of mind'.
We will happily replace or return your item if they are delivered faulty or damaged. In the rare occasion you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of the delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description and photos of the damage or issue, and we can go from there.
